By using our services, creating an account, submitting a form, or interacting with any platform under Cherdung Infotech, Aerpn, or Emplye, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to these Terms
• Are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement
• Are using our services in accordance with all applicable laws

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

a) Cherdung Infotech
Offers IT consulting, software solutions, staffing, and business technology services.

b) Aerpn
Provides domain registration, hosting, business email, and website-related services.

c) Emplye
Offers expert outsourcing services, client bookings, and job/internship listing platforms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

When using our platforms or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others

Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Some services require you to register and create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Aerpn clients: Charges for domain, hosting, and web services are billed as per agreed terms.

Emplye clients: Payments for outsourcing services or expert bookings must be completed before project initiation unless otherwise agreed.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes under your jurisdiction.
• Late or failed payments may result in service disruption or cancellation.

Our services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., domain registrars, payment gateways). We are not responsible for:

• The content or services provided by third parties
• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of those services

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

All content, branding, code, designs, and intellectual property on our platforms belong to Cherdung Infotech or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of our services

Clients retain ownership of their original materials but grant us a license to use them for providing services.

We strive to ensure continuous service, but we do not guarantee:

• That services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Compatibility with all devices or systems

We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance or updates.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these terms
• Fail to pay for services
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities

You may also terminate services by contacting us in writing. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after retention periods.

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cherdung Infotech, Aerpn, and Emplye against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these terms
• Any content you provide or actions you take

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may revise these Terms of Services from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
