• Custom software and mobile app development • Cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering • IT consulting and technical architecture • Forward deployed engineering, where our engineers embed with your team • AI and automation, data engineering, and business intelligence • UI/UX and product design • E-commerce, API integrations, and digital growth services

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

When using our platforms or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your login credentials confidential • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt our platforms • Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others

Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your access without prior notice.

Some services require you to register and create an account. You are responsible for:

Our services may integrate with third-party providers, such as cloud platforms, payment gateways, or other tools required for your project. We are not responsible for:

• The content or services provided by third parties • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of those services

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

All content, branding, code, designs, and intellectual property on our platforms belong to Cherdung Infotech or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission • Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of our services

Clients retain ownership of their original materials, and, unless agreed otherwise in a project contract, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Clients grant us a license to use their materials as needed to provide services.

We strive to ensure continuous, reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• That services will be error-free or uninterrupted • That defects will be corrected immediately • Compatibility with all devices or systems

We may occasionally pause access for maintenance or updates.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these terms • Fail to pay for services • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

You may also terminate services by contacting us in writing. Upon termination, access will be revoked and data may be deleted after applicable retention periods.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant:

• That services will meet every expectation • That results will be 100% accurate or error-free • That data loss will never occur

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherdung Infotech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits • Service interruptions or delays • Third-party conduct or platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cherdung Infotech harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of our services • Your violation of these terms • Any content you provide or actions you take

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may revise these Terms of Services as our services grow. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
